In the 10 cards or so CardMunch transcribed for me, accuracy is great, but coverage is a bit spotty. Many of the digital cards lack some of the information of the physical card. Most frequent: Lacked building/office/suite, missed web site, missed entire address.

My submissions have not been processed in 10 days many are still pending why?

I often have to edit information that is sent to me (consequently, because the information I am sent by your transcriber is incorrect and/or incomplete), but the changes are not made on the contacts that are stored on the website. Thus, if I ever lose my phone and have to re-sync the contacts, all the information will be incorrect and I'll have to fix everything again.

I'm currently on my free credits, but I plan to buy at least 100 when the free credits run up. This app needs some serious improvements if I'm going to do that, though.

Enable basic categorization or tagging to allow export filtering

Allow mass export of cards, not just individual contacts

Adding comments will help connect the person to the contact info. Sometimes i jot down notes on the back of the card. Typically it is informal gibberish, but it makes sense to me. It would be good to have that option right as we scan the card, so that we can just throw out the card. (I could edit the record later and add that info in the Comments section, but then I'd have to find the card again, that takes energy and I'm lazy)

Often I get groups of cards from an event - say a tradeshow. It would be helpful to be able to tag/filter cards to find those from a specific event or label.

Better graphics. A lot of the time the content can be fuzzy.

I've got a few cards that are still stuck in "Pending Submission" status a few days after I submitted them... I also had couple of camera mishaps where cards were submitted that I then deleted after transcription - Wish I could delete cards that have been submitted but not yet processed.

Build blackberry client for all blackberry models

I've had CM for a lone time with dozens of contacts. Since linkedin took over I cannot login. Says Account already in use. Online version show two contacts. What the heck?

Parse addresses out into separate fields instead of having all of the address infomation in the Business Street field in the CSV export file. Fields for address, city, state, postal code, and country are in the export file. This would be the icing on the cake for a great service!

app should be able to find duplicates and give options to merge or not. Google does on the server and should be easy...way helpful

I already use CardMunch to capture address from more than business cards. I've taken pictures of addresses on envelops, letter head, and even the signature lines in e-mail from my desktop/laptop monitor. But I would love to replace Copy2Contact with CardMunch. To do this, I need a way to capture addresses from my phone's e-mail app or Safari and send to CardMunch. It would be nice if I could submit info by pasting into CardMunch as well as taking pictures.

As per the heading you cant dial from contacts mixed format numbers.
